Recently, I have started to use a brain dump journal. My husband has told me that he has noticed I seem less stressed than I did before I started using it. I have to be honest, I feel like I am less stressed. I started by using it mainly for to-do lists, but now it also includes lists of brainstormed ideas…like ideas for blog posts!
