Not Quite Superhuman is a lifestyle blog that focuses on small “c” forms of creativity, such as cooking and crafting. NQS also discusses books, parenting, organizing, happiness, productivity, habits, informal education, and more. I am an educator, author, speaker/trainer, librarian, mother, and wife. To be more specific, I am a Doctor of Education specializing in creativity and innovation.

I am based in Southern Maryland with my family and two dogs. I have worked in libraries since I was a teenager as well as teaching informal and formal education programs for over two decades. My current obsessions are my Instant Pot, thrifting, positive psychology research, beating overwhelm, and anything Disney/Marvel/StarWars related. Target and Aldi are my zen zones, but Walmart gives me anxiety.

If you are interested in collaborating on a project, please contact notquitesuperhuman @ gmail.com or use the form below. I will only post honest reviews of products that I can recommend and have a genuine interest in. I am more active on Twitter and Pinterest than Instagram, but who knows, that might change.

If you are interested in having me write content for your blog or website, please let me know what you are thinking of for a post and when you would want it. If you are interesting in writing a guest post for NQS, please tell me how you think your post idea ties into the content of my site.

If you just like what I am doing and want to support me, consider clicking this link to “buy me a coffee”. Every little bit helps!

Hmm... Don't you hate that part where you have to stand in front of the class and introduce yourself? Yeah, me too. Hi, my name is Jennifer! I am a librarian, teacher, writer, blogger, mom, wife, and, um, wannabe superhuman. Well, yeah, to get everything done in our hectic every day lives, we all have to be a bit superhuman these days. Don't you agree?
