Are you someone who turns to creative activities like music, cooking, knitting, painting, or writing to destress and build resilience? Do you find happiness and wellness in everyday acts of creativity, even if you’re not a professional artist? If so, I would love to hear from you!

I am currently working on a book, which explores how engaging in creative activities can significantly enhance happiness and well-being. I am looking for individuals who are passionate about their creative hobbies and use them as a way to cope with stress and improve their mental health.
This is an exciting opportunity to share your personal experiences and insights on how creativity has positively impacted your life. Your stories will help inspire others to discover the benefits of incorporating creativity into their daily routines for improved happiness and wellness.
Who I’m Looking For:
- Individuals who engage in creative activities as a hobby, not professionally.
- Those who use creativity as a way to manage stress, promote happiness, and build emotional resilience.
What to Expect:
- A one-hour interview, conducted via Zoom or phone.
- An open discussion about your creative practices and their impact on your well-being.
- Your experiences and insights will be featured in my upcoming book (with your permission).
If you’re interested in participating or would like more information, please send me a message or email me at drjenhopwood [at] gmail [dot] com.
Thank you for considering this opportunity to contribute to a project that aims to highlight the power of creativity in promoting happiness. I look forward to hearing your stories and sharing them with the world!
And if you just want to stay in the loop for updates on the book, add your name to this list!
